Yes, I normally give a pass to bluetooth usage in the car because that’s one of the two approved places to wear it (that and at home) but how could I resist this picture? Seriously, tell me.

Yes it does.
It's the sum of the parts that qualifies this one. The bluetooth may be okay, but coupled with a *convertible* PT Cruiser (the hardtops are silly enough) plus the puffy security guard jacket and we're easily into DB territory. It's a thoroughly-planned 'look' he's got going on here. I bet he's got Guns N' Roses playing on the stereo – “Welcome to the Jungle, babay!”
